Once you have created your course in Summit Evergreen and enrolled customers, it can be very helpful to be able to assess your students’ activity. Summit Evergreen has two methods you can use to view your students’ activity and ensure they are engaged with your material.
How to View Student Activity for Your Course
Option #1 – See an Overview of All the Students in Any of your Products
- Login to Summit Evergreen
- In the dark grey vertical menu bar on the left of the screen, select “Reports”, then “Inactive Users” in the left pane
- That’s it!
This will display a list of students and show you the last time they logged in across all of your products. The list can be sorted by “most recent login first” or “most recent login last”.
Option #2 – See if a Specific Student has Logged in and What They Have Viewed
- Login to Summit Evergreen
- In the dark grey vertical menu bar on the left of the screen, select “Students”, then “Users”
- In the left hand pane, search for either the name or email address of the student in question, or scroll through the list of students to locate the student in question
- Once you’ve located the student, click on their name in the left hand pane
- In the right hand pane select “Logs” in the upper right hand menu
- That’s it!
This will show you the last time this specific student logged in and the last page they viewed.
