Once you’ve set up your Summit Evergreen course, you will want to add new students as they sign up for your course and manage their accounts going forward.
Adding a New Student
- In the left navigation menu, select “Students”, then “Users”
- In the left pane, select “Add a User” from the action drop down box in the upper right corner
- This will bring up a box that allows you to add the new student’s basic information, including their role (member or manager). Note: If you add the new user with the role of “manager”, this will allow the user to be able to edit your course on the backend.
- Hit “Save” and that’s it!
Adding a Product to a Student’s Profile
Once your new student is added, you will want to manage their account. To add a product for the student, do the following:
- In the left navigation menu, select “Students”, then “Users”
- In the left pane, you will see a list of student names – select the student for whom you want to add a product (to do so, you can scroll through the student list or search for the student’s name or email address)
- In the right pane you will see student information and a menu in the upper right corner
- In the upper right menu, select “Products” – this will show the products the student currently has
- To add a product, choose the name of it in the dropdown box below the student’s current products list and input the product start date (note: when you manually add a course for a student, you can modify the course start date for the student, which may be helpful if you are also using the drip feature for the course)
- Hit “Add Purchase” – this will add the product to the student’s current products list

Deleting a Product / Course from a Student’s Profile
Once your new student is added, you will want to manage their account. To delete a product for the student, do the following:
- In the left navigation menu, select “Students”, then “Users”
- In the left pane, you will see a list of student names – select the student for whom you want to delete a product (to do so, you can scroll through the student list or search for the student’s name or email address)
- In the right pane you will see student information and a menu in the upper right corner
- In the upper right menu, select “Products” – this will show the products the student currently has
- To delete a product, find the product name in the student’s current products list and select the “Delete” box on the right
- This will delete the product from the student’s current products list and show its status with a “Deleted” message
