Once you’ve set up your Summit Evergreen course and have acquired students for it, one of the important tools you’ll need is a method of communication with your students. Through Summit Evergreen, you can communicate with your students by sending them emails that provide pertinent product / course information. Although Summit Evergreen does not yet provide detailed email tracking and reporting (you’ll want to integrate with another system for those purposes) or broadcast message ability, it does provide many email features that give you lots of different ways to communicate with your students, including the following: welcome emails, emails based on a drip (schedule), emails with custom merged fields, and email integrations (sent through Mailgun) that are built in with Aweber, MailChimp, and Infusionsoft.
