Third Party Affiliates

As part of your product and course offering strategy, you may decide to work with third-party affiliates. If so, and you use PayPal as one of your Summit Evergreen payment processors, then in Summit Evergreen you can set up offers that serve as unique links that you can provide to your third-party affiliates.

Setting Up a Third-Party Affiliate Link

In the product dropdown menu in the upper left corner, select the product you want to set up a third-party affiliate link in.

In the left navigation menu, select “Structure”, then “Tiers”. In the left pane, choose the tier you want to set up a third-party affiliate link in.

In the right pane you will see tier details. At the bottom of the screen, select “Add New Offer”, which will bring up an input box called “Create New Offer”.

In the “Create New Offer” box, in the “Offer Name” field, enter the name of your third-party affiliate. In the “Payment Processor” field, choose PayPal. In the “Price” field, enter your price, and in the “Offer SKU” field enter the name of your third-party affiliate again. Hit “Save”.

In your product list, you will now see the third-party affiliate link offer you just created.

Next to your offer name is a link, which is the link you can provide to your third-party affiliate. If you click on this link, it will bring you to a PayPal screen that shows your third-party affiliate in the “Your Order Summary” section.
