When sending emails to your students, you may want to customize their source – i.e., change the “from name” and “from address” the emails are sent from. To change this, do the following:
- In the left navigation menu, select “Settings”, then “Account”
- In the left pane, select “Product Settings”
- This will bring up a page that allows you to change certain product elements
- In this page, scroll down to “Communication”
- In the “Name” and “Email Address” boxes, enter the name and email address you’d like to have your emails sent from
- Hit “Save” in the lower right corner
