In addition to the one account URL, Summit Evergreen assigns a unique URL to each of the products in your account. If a student has purchased a particular product, they can login with that product’s URL, have access to that product, and toggle between that and all other products of yours they have purchased.
This allows for greater customer service ease and efficiency, since your students can access what you want them to no matter which URL they use to login. As with your account URL, you can change any of your product URLs to specific domains you have purchased. LINK TO DOC product URLs cannot be the same as your account URL.
An individual product URL can be found as follows:
- Select “Manage Products” from the menu in the upper left corner
- In the left pane, select your product
- In the right pane, select “Settings” from the menu in the upper right corner
- Scroll down to the “Accessibility” section
- In the “Product Domain” field, click “Edit Domain Name” to modify your product URL
